The Hong Kong Institute of Water Leakage Inspectors, (HKWLI) is a non-profit making organisation inaugurated in 2011. It was formed by a group of professional people who are actively involved in the field of building water leakage. The Institute is run by an elected Council that has a number of committees covering aspects on membership, education, corporate affairs, research and communications.
